The  first step in designing a custom set of headers for your Jaguar V-12 is purchasing or fabricating header flanges. These flanges are laser cut from 3/8” pickled and oiled hot rolled steel with a 1 ½” bore diameter. If you wish to use 1 3/8” tube, the bore can easily be shimmed with short lengths of 1 ½” 16 gage tube.
